Of course! We can perform what we call an 'audit' on existing accounts. Best case scenario, everything is running well! If there is room for improvement, we'll highlight everything in detail and you are free to use that information however you wish. If you'd like us to help though, we're also available!
We strongly urge all clients to have at the VERY least $1000/month to spend in advertising dollars, as any less will severely restrict results. There always exceptions to the rule, but that's a general rule of thumb. If that minimum spend is split across 1 or 2 platforms, we can discuss in detail the best way to manage it.
Our fee structure is extremely transparent and very straightforward. All we charge is 20% of ad spend, with a minimum $200/mo in management fees. There's nothing much more to it than that!
We aim at streamlining every aspect of our client relationships, therefore we don't have any strict contracts locking you into service. We DO however, strongly recommend a 3 month period minimum, as elements such as planning, setup, as well as platform-specific machine-learning can take some time up front. We'll be there every step of the way!
We manage and setup accounts/campaigns for all of the following platforms. If there is a platform you don't see, simply ask, as we have experience with nearly all of them. These are simply the most requested:

This will really depend on what results you want! It can range vastly from client to client. For instance:
Are you selling products online and need more sales? We would use Sales as our KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Do you manage B2B relationships and need more clients? We would focus on Leads instead.
Are you a new company that needs to simply get the word out to as many people as possible? We would focus on Brand Awareness and use either Impressions, CPM or both as the KPI.
